Shortly after starting the APEX Project, I've encountered a major obstacle: a generalized sense of distrust. In an attempt to better understand potential clients' hesitation, I've dedicated part of my time to discuss their expectations and fears.

Unfortunately, I found that clients' distrust stems from inefficient client-developer communication, as well as limited knowledge of web design.

Moreover, I found that there are certain situations in which certain companies or freelancers take advantage of uninformed consumers, offering low quality services at prices that are well below market average. Unsurprisingly, some of the projects end up abandoned, and the clients' trust remains permanently scarred.
