APEX Commerce
Our own e-commerce platform: storefront, checkout, back office and marketing, built as one system and run by APEX.
For stores that have outgrown WooCommerce or a template platform and want all of it in one place, with nobody on their side patching plugins.
Migration and build from €20,000. Monthly operations defined in your agreement.
Sell, run and grow from one system
Sell
Storefront and checkout
- Built for phones first, in two languages per store.
- Pages served from the edge, Core Web Vitals green, measured on real visitors.
- The card is authorized at order time and charged the exact final amount after fulfilment. Substitutions, short picks and comps never overcharge.
Run
Operations and delivery
- Order edits with correct re-authorization, comps and partial refunds.
- Invoices and packing slips as PDF, and a role for every member of staff.
- Purchase orders with partial receiving, supplier records, bulk catalog import.
- An optional local-delivery pack for stores that deliver today.
Grow
Marketing and measurement
- Email CRM with consent tracking, and web push to customers and staff.
- Loyalty points, referral codes, recommendations, bundles and shoppable recipes.
- GA4 and Google Ads purchase events sent server-side, so conversion data is complete and ready for bidding.
23 modules. Hold them against your plugin list.
Sixteen run on every store. Four make up the local-delivery pack. Three exist to move you off your current platform.

Migration 3 modules, to move your store
-
Login carry-over
Customers keep their existing passwords. No reset email blast.
-
History carry-over
Past orders, loyalty balances and product URLs preserved.
-
Catalog reconcile
Delta sync on the previous platform's ids, never wipe-and-reimport.
Leave WooCommerce. Keep your customers.
A replatform usually costs a store something it spent years earning: customer logins, order history, loyalty points, or the URLs its rankings live on. This migration is planned around keeping all of it.
- Customer passwords
- Kept. Customers sign in with the password they already have. No reset email blast.
- Order history
- Kept. Every past order stays on the customer's account.
- Loyalty balances
- Kept, to the exact balance.
- Product URLs
- Kept. Indexed pages, links and bookmarks keep resolving.
- Catalog
- Reconciled as a delta on your WooCommerce ids. Nothing is wiped and reimported.
- Cutover
- One window. A maintenance page goes up automatically and clears itself when the store is back.
The assessment puts what you have, what moves and the cutover window in writing before the final quote.
The local-delivery pack
For grocery, meal, pharmacy and florist stores, and any store that promises delivery today. It adds four modules to the core and carries an order through its whole day.
-
Book
Delivery zones
The shopper sees the timeslots their postcode can book, with same-day and next-day cutoffs and holidays already applied.
-
Pick
Picking app
Staff pick line by line on their phones. Substitutions wait for an admin decision, and every action lands in the audit trail.
-
Route
Route sync
Confirmed orders go to your route planner as stops. Driver events come back, and the customer gets an 'on its way' email and push.
-
Charge
Exact-amount payments (core)
The card is captured for exactly what was fulfilled, after the substitutions are settled.
-
Repeat
Standing orders
Regulars keep a weekly standing basket, or reorder last week's cart in one tap from email or push.
APEX runs the platform. You run the store.
This is what the monthly operations fee pays for, and none of it lands on your desk.
- Hosting
- Managed hosting on dedicated infrastructure. You never choose a server or patch one.
- Backups
- Nightly backups with a tested restore. Recovery is a procedure we have already run.
- Deploys
- Zero-downtime deploys. Changes go live while the store keeps taking orders.
- Upgrades
- Every platform upgrade is risk-assessed and rehearsed on a restored backup before it touches your store.
- Change register
- Every workaround is written down with its reason, so nothing silently rots and nothing depends on someone's memory.
Live at Marché CTFO since August 2026
Marché CTFO, an established online grocer in Greater Montreal, moved off WooCommerce onto the platform with the local-delivery pack. Old passwords still work there, and every loyalty point carried over exactly.
- 0.90s to 0.38s
- Burst-traffic response, after one root-cause fix
- 163
- Features shipped: 94 customer-facing, 69 operational
- 100/100
- Search-optimization score on all 20 priority pages, before launch
- 2 languages
- Every page and every email in English and French
What WooCommerce and Shopify owners ask
Do my customers lose their logins?
No. Customers sign in with the password they already have, on the first try. There is no reset email blast and no support queue of locked-out regulars. Their order history and loyalty balance are waiting in the same account.
What happens to my SEO?
Product URLs carry over unchanged, so indexed pages, links and bookmarks keep resolving. Any other address that has to change forwards to its new equivalent. The storefront is built for phones first and served from the edge, with Core Web Vitals green and measured on real visitors.
Who owns the data and the code?
Your customer, order and catalog data belong to your business. Ownership and licensing of the platform code, and how your data is handed over, are defined in your agreement before you sign.
Can I leave?
Yes. The notice period and the handover of your data are defined in your agreement, in writing, before the migration starts.
What does the monthly cost cover?
Managed hosting on dedicated infrastructure, nightly backups with a tested restore, zero-downtime deploys, the upgrade programme and the change register. The amount depends on the modules you run and whether you use the local-delivery pack, and it is defined in your agreement.
How long does a migration take?
It depends on catalog size, order history and the modules you switch on, so the timeline comes out of the migration assessment, in writing. The cutover itself happens in one window, behind a maintenance page that appears automatically and clears itself when the store is back.
Can it do same-day delivery?
Yes, with the local-delivery pack: delivery zones by postcode or polygon, timeslots, holidays, and separate same-day and next-day cutoffs. Staff pick on their phones, confirmed orders go to your route planner, and the card is charged the exact final amount after fulfilment.
